The production process of napkins mainly includes the following steps:
Raw material preparation: The production of napkins first requires the preparation of raw materials. Commonly used raw materials include wood pulp, straw pulp, etc. These raw materials are crushed, ground, screened and other processes to become a uniform pulp.
Pulping process: The raw materials are chopped and mixed with water to form a pulp suspension. Then they are screened and purified to remove impurities to ensure the purity of the fibers. Next, bleaching treatment is carried out to whiten the pulp by chemical or physical methods.
Papermaking molding: The pulp is evenly distributed on the papermaking machine, and it is turned into paper after pressing, drying and other processes. This process is the core step in the production of napkins, which directly affects the quality of napkins and subsequent processing effects.
Embossed and folded: The cut coils are embossed, folded and cut by the napkin machine to form square or long paper towels. Embossing can increase the beauty and thickness of the paper.
Slitting and packaging: Use a slitting machine to rewind the large shaft base paper into rolls of different specifications for the production of napkins, facial tissues, etc. Then the folded napkins are bagged and sealed with a sealing machine.
Quality inspection and delivery: Finally, the napkins need to undergo a series of inspections to ensure that they meet the relevant hygiene and quality standards before they can be shipped.
